I currently lead a hybrid existence as a writer and media strategist with a strong interest in politics and feminism. For now this blog is my depository for my published work; thoughts on current events in feminism, media and/or politics; links to interesting stories and maybe even some fiction samples here and there.
I’ve been published in several national publications . While in college, I was managing editor of this fine college press, and also had a few articles in this and this.
I grew up in Boston and Maine and got my BA from Mount Holyoke College. I studied abroad at Oxford and will eventually receive my graduate degree from Georgetown. I currently live in Washington, DC, which I love for its high population of young, idealistic nerds like myself. I like coffee, the outdoors, traveling, The Beatles, vampire novels, and yoga.
